30-Day Free Returns

At Qasrani, we want you to love what you order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return an item

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@qasrani.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll confirm your return and arrange free pickup by our courier, or send you a free return label. You don't pay any return shipping.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all tags, accessories and original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Items we can't accept for return

• Opened or used beauty, personal care and hygiene products (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
• Custom or personalized items.
• Gift cards.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at info@qasrani.com with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color or product is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days:

• Card / online payments: refunded to your original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer to your IBAN.

Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@qasrani.com.
